For Events

Bookings

Upon Booking an Event  $1000 p GST deposit is required to secure the date

All cocktail prices are based on a 4 hour duration which provides full canapé (8) and free flowing beverage selections Tier 1. 

Tier 2 and Tier 3 can be provided at extra charge per head per hour POA

Events longer than 4 hours are required to extend the canapé menu to 10 piece plus box meal (to be discussed)

BYO spirits or special liquor can be provided by the client for the duration to add to the selected package at no extra corkage charge for their event to up the ambiance and provide cocktails for their guests

Ceremony is available at extra charge $995 plus GST inclusive of set up, inventory, tea light candles, staff and beautiful venue furnishings.

Piano hire only $190. 

Cancellations - Event/Wedding/Bookings

Events cancelled incur the loss of the deposit and full venue hire $1590  p GST

Events cancelled 26 weeks prior  to incurs loss of deposit, plus this incurs 90% loss of the full venue hire p GST and 10% of full cost of event

Clients will be liable for the full venue hire fee plus GST if an event is cancelled less than 12 weeks prior to event date, as well as 25% of total cost of event.

 Clients will be liable for the full venue hire fee plus GST if an event is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to event date, as well as 50% of total cost of event.

Events cancelled less than 2 weeks incur a loss of venue hire, 85% of total cost of event, plus any further costs incurred to the gallery

 All invoices are required to be paid prior to event thank you
